E°CUT control system
E°CUT is Eckelmann’s complete control package for cutting machines. It combines the CNC control, safety, servo drives and motors, software and the operator interface in one system.
E°CUT comes preconfigured for different cutting technologies and machine setups, so very little programming is needed during installation.
What the system includes
- Industrial PC with a 15″ to 24″ touch display.
- Embedded CNC controller with up to 32 CNC axes.
- Integrated functional safety up to SIL3 and PL e.
- Servo drives and motors from 50 W to 33 kW.
- E°CUT HMI, a touch-optimised operator interface for cutting applications.
- cncCUT CAD/CAM software for nesting, integrated into E°CUT.
